§ 44-33. Authority to limit use of water.

The town council reserves the right and shall at all times have the authority to prohibit the use of water for street, garden or lawn sprinkling, washing vehicles or for any other purpose deemed unnecessary or unessential by the town council, during any period of emergency causing a shortage of water supply and will not be liable for damages on account of failure to supply water for such purposes during such periods of emergency.
