§ 44-31. Damaging, tampering with water or sewer system.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or wantonly or intentionally injure, deface or destroy any pipe, fire hydrant, surface box or other property of the waterworks system or to cut off, obstruct or contaminate in any degree, the water supply of the town or in any way injure or deface the sewer system lagoon or fence around the same or to place or throw rocks, wood or any other substance in same.
